The Fisher Award

With the annual The Fisher Award, Gap Inc. recognizes employees who embody the company's core values: innovation, integrity, community and store excellence. Gap Inc.'s Engagement and Recognition team approached me to design an award fitting this prestigious honor and its impressive honorees.

Inspired by The Fisher Art Collection, the award was fashioned to represent an oversized jean button. This spoke to the origin and goal of the company: to make it easy to find a pair of jeans.
